🗑️ How to Request a Post Removal on Touratu

At Touratu, we respect content ownership, community standards, and privacy. Even though we use public posts with all necessary approvals as per social media guidelines, we always honour removal requests from content owners.

🔗 Step 1: Open the Post Removal Page

  • Go to the Feedback or Post Removal Request page from the Touratu Homepage.

  • You can also use the direct link shared for post removal requests. Click here

📍 Step 2: Enter Marker Pin Location Link

  • Select Post Removal Request from the Feedback Category

  • Copy the location pin link where the post is displayed on Touratu.

  • Paste it in the Marker Pin Location Link field.
    (This helps us find the exact spot quickly.)

🔗 Step 3: Enter Social Media Post Link

  • Copy the Instagram or YouTube post URL you want removed.

  • Paste it in the Social Media Post Link field.

💬 Step 4: Write Your Feedback

  • Use the Feedback box to tell us why you want this post removed.
    For example:

    “I am the owner of this video and I do not want it displayed here.”
    “This content is outdated and misleading.”

👤 Step 5: Enter Your Contact Details

  • Name: Your full name

  • Phone Number: With country code (optional if not comfortable)

  • Email: Your email so we can confirm the removal update

  • Our team will review your request.

  • Based on ownership and validity, the post will be removed.

  • We may reach out for verification if required.

🔔 Note: If the content is deleted from Instagram or YouTube itself, it will automatically disappear from Touratu.
