Payment Deducted from Bank but no booking email was received.
If you identify that while making a transaction on www.touratu.com your payment was deducted from bank however you have not received any email from touratu, please do not worry! It looks like your payment has been deducted from bank however has not reached touratu yet. In such cases, please wait for approx 4 working hours for the payment to reflect with touratu. Check you mail spam folder for any payment confirmation from touratu. In case you don't receive any confirmation please check your payment status via our gateways mentioned below

Payment usually fails when your bank declines a transaction and same will reflect in your account according to the bank’s policies. Bank refunds the amount in a day but you can check with Bank's helpdesk.
