How do I cancel/refund my booking?

Touratu is a booking platform and Cancellation policies will be as per the supplier terms, we request you to check the cancellation policy on tour package page on our tour website or the mail which you have received. Please notify us by raising a ticket or sending a mail to care@touratu.com. The team will be in contact with you. Further, you will receive a cancellation confirmation mail with the proper information, if applicable. The amount will be refunded via source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
