📝 How to Add Feedback and Corrections on Touratu
Why this is important?
At Touratu, we want our maps, posts, and content to stay accurate, updated, and helpful. Your feedback helps us improve user experience and keep information reliable for all travelers.
How to Give Feedback or Submit a Correction
Step 1: Open the Feedback PageYou can open the feedback page in two ways:- From the Touratu Homepage, click on “Feedback”
- Or use the direct feedback link Click here
Step 2: Choose the Feedback CategoryOn the feedback page, you will see options under “Feedback Category”:✅ Overall – Share your overall thoughts about Touratu
✅ Map Experience – Share how you feel about using the map
✅ Social Post – Give feedback about a specific social media post
✅ Correction – Request corrections for inaccurate information
✅ Others – For anything else
Step 3: Filling Feedback for Overall, Map Experience, or Social Post- Select the category (Overall / Map Experience / Social Post/etc)
- A feedback box will appear. Explain your feedback.
- Enter your Name, Phone Number, and Email so our team can reach out if needed.
- Submit the feedback.
Submitting a Correction
If you found something incorrect on Touratu, follow these steps:- Select “Correction” as the Feedback Category
- You will see options for Correction Type, such as:
- Post Correction
- Pin Correction
- Editorial Correction
- Incorrect Marker
- Others
- Choose the appropriate correction type
- Paste the link of the page or post that needs correction
- A feedback box will appear. Describe what is wrong and suggest the correct information if possible.
